KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Check, summarize and report the quantity of goods to be served as required to superiors
Ensure that dishes are prepared to meet quality and quantity requirements as prescribed
Assign work and work positions to subordinates at the beginning of each shift
Check and assign work to ensure cleanliness of the entire kitchen area
Supervise and ensure work quality at assigned positions
Responsible for food hygiene and safety from ingredient preparation to processing and presentation
Ensure aesthetics in the kitchen area
Supervise and check ingredients prepared for each shift
Use, monitor, and carefully preserve kitchen equipment and utensils during work
Check and manage complete kitchen equipment and utensils
Directly participate in processing to ensure completion of work tasks
Ensure dishes are prepared according to predetermined recipes and procedures.
Report to superiors if property is damaged or lost
Make sure the way the food is presented is correct and beautiful
Ensure equipment and tools used for processing are clean according to prescribed standards

- Having experience working at a high- end hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the working environment and withstand high pressure.
- Honest, sociable, have a high sense of responsibility at work.
