KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruct and train staff to improve their qualifications and mixing skills
Organize and assign staff to receive goods from the warehouse according to the restaurant- hotel management process and carry out proper preservation
Coordinate relevant positions to create drink menus suitable for each event and program
Mobilize employees to perform tasks as requested by Upper Management
Resolve customer questions and complaints
Check the preparation work of the barista (in terms of raw materials, tools, etc.) to ensure readiness to serve customers.
Develop standards for selecting raw materials and beverage standards
Every day, make a list of materials and purchase requests for the bar department&039;s work
Ask- chat with guests about drink quality, service staff attitude...
Monitor the process of mixing drinks, remind staff to make timely adjustments when detecting errors
