Key Responsibilities
O&M Management Supervisor- Manager
General Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Management
Monitor the daily operational status of buildings, public facilities, and infrastructure systems.
Identify and report maintenance issues or defects; follow up with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced Property Management (PM) service providers.
Coordinate with utility service providers and relevant government authorities as required.
Clubhouse Operations
Supervise café operations including staffing, inventory, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily clubhouse operations, ensuring compliance with service quality and cleanliness standards.
Organize and manage clubhouse events and facility bookings.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Ensure all vendors comply with contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
Liaise with service vendors, including those for maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage annual and quarterly operational budgets.
Monitor and optimize expenditures for maintenance, service contracts, and repairs.
Reporting & Communication
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in building operations or property/facility management.
Solid understanding of Property and Facility Management practices.
Compile and submit operational reports to internal management and head office.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction, or a related field.
Additional Information

Coordinate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Background in construction defect resolution and post- handover management.
Technical Expertise
Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., vacancy rates, ROI).
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Compensation & Benefits
Bonus: 13th- month salary + Performance- based bonus
Work Location: Project Site – Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province
Fluency in English or Korean (for effective communication with tenants and partners).
Monthly Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
Familiarity with lease contracts and legal compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem- solving abilities.
Experience operating hospitality or community- based facilities (e.g., clubhouses).
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
