Job Description
We are looking for Top Talented Software Engineers. You will be responsible for:

Research any new technologies that may potentially increase our company&039;s competitive advantage
Monitor system infrastructure
Reduce the risk of technological breaches
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Oversee any changes in system architecture
Design the software application based on architecture and requirements.
Work with members of project teams to make certain specifications are satisfied
Involve in coding, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software.
Develop and implement networking safeguards
Ensure system infrastructure is functioning and working efficiently
Develop the technical aspects of our company&039;s strategy
Write design/implementation documentation.

Project:
SUZUVERSE is a project that uses AR, AI, and 3D avatars to create a metaverse where you can explore, interact, and create stories with realistic characters. You can join the team and collaborate with other creators to build a world that is immersive, dynamic, and innovative

Have good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation ( Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)
Good English communication skill, Japanese language is an advantage
Strong coding with good performance, Experience in extending system
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology
Give priority to candidates who graduated from High school for gifted school (especially HUS High School for Gifted Students, Amsterdam High School for the Gifted,…)
Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Experience in using docker, kubernetes, CI, CD
At least 1 year of experience in product development as a Software Engineer
Previous work experience in a leadership position, as you will be working as both our technology and business expert
Good knowledge of OOP and design patterns;
Good logical thinking, knowledge of system architecture
Experience in implementing large systems and Microservice
Knowledge of technology trends & able to use current technological trends to build a business strategy
