*This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025
Core Responsibilities:
* Total Rewards (70%):
Total Rewards work is a specialized area of Rewards focused on the design of a holistic framework of financial and non- financial rewards that reflects the organization&039;s strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees including:
• Support Reward Backbone maintenance (Benchmarking, Job/Position evaluation, Reward Matrix etc.), Global Benefits Principle, Reward processes (recognition etc.)
• Ongoing management, communication, and monitoring of plan results
• Exploring opportunities for segmentation to allow certain performance driving areas of the business to offer fundamentally different total rewards packages
• Researching and analyzing key perspectives (employee, external labor market, cost, and workforce requirements)
• Incorporating traditional compensation and benefits elements as well as learning and development opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits
• Implementation support the holistic framework/policy of financial and non- financial rewards that reflects the organization&039;s strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees
• Able to handle conflicts in negotiation with some guidance to bring most value impact to total rewards
• Require work independently with advanced knowledge, tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation
* Labor Relations (20%):
• Handling labor relations cases, disciplinary process.
• Advise and support managers and employees to create a great working environment for a high engaged business team under core values to continue improve business performance through various kinds of engagement programs and activities and labor relations matters.
• Work with department leadership in leading and executing culture building activities, values promoting within the key objective to increase employee and labor relations.
Other HR Tasks (10%):
• Participating in various HR projects, Partnering to implement key People Process and other tasks as assigned by the People Leader.
