Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Reward Activities
● Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs, and the support of the global bonus program process.
● Partner with the HR team and leadership to review all total reward packages.
● Develop and lead the company&039;s total reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
● Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans.
● Oversee the design and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
● Collaborate with leaders to align total reward programs with talent management and organizational goals.
Budgeting & Analyst
● Work closely with TRs Manager on large HR- related projects involving data analysis, cost simulation...
● Establish yearly budget & reconcile data monthly with Finance to ensure accuracy.
● Assess the effectiveness of current programs to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
HR Project
● Monitor and control system interfaces (payroll, time management, HRIS, etc.)
● Provide effective project planning and ensure project delivery on time and to the required standard
● Lead & participate in the HR software project as a team member.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master‘s degree is a plus).

Skills

Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role.
The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is a skill that is required for this role.
Strong project management, analytical, organisational and excel skills are essential.
A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential.
A strong knowledge of salary practices/legal restrictions in a variety of countries.

Experience
● Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends.
