Job Purpose
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and governing compensation & benefits strategies across Nafoods Group, covering both Head Office (BO) and Factory operations. This role leads two C&B teams (Group C&B & Factory C&B), ensures payroll accuracy, internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy.
Organizational Structure
Factory C&B Team:Manage time attendance, shift management, overtime, and payroll data collectionSubmit payroll data to Group C&B for consolidation, calculation, and review
Group C&B Team:Handle payroll, benefits, and total rewards for Back Office & Corporate functionsLead compensation planning, incentive schemes, and total rewards strategy for the entire Group
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & Governance (40%)
Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness through benchmarking and job grading.
Build annual salary review, bonus, and incentive plans aligned with business performance.
Establish C&B policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across the Group.
Develop and implement total rewards strategy (salary, bonus, incentives, benefits) for both Group and Factory.
Compensation & Payroll Management (30%)
Manage statutory compliance related to labor law, PIT, social insurance, and internal audits.
Lead payroll system optimization and automation projects.
Oversee payroll operations for Group and Factory, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Review and approve payroll calculations consolidated by Group C&B based on data from Factory C&B.
Benefits & Welfare Programs (15%)
Design and manage benefits programs: insurance, healthcare, allowances, and employee welfare.
Work with vendors and insurers to optimize cost and service quality.
Regularly review benefits effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership (15%)
Support department directors in manpower budgeting, cost control, and reward decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop Group C&B and Factory C&B teams.
Partner with HR Director, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to advise on compensation decisions.
