Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for overseeing various aspects of total rewards management, specializing in payroll operations, Tricor service management, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), Workday process management, total rewards service/compliance processes, retail incentive and BSC calculation, system improvement for Workday and Cadena, and various reporting responsibilities. This role requires a meticulous and detail- oriented professional who ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with tax laws, effective coordination with external vendors, and optimization of HR systems.
Payroll Operation:
Payroll Processing: Accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
Employee Queries: Timely resolution of employee queries related to payroll.
Tax Compliance and Reporting: Compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting.
Compliance Assurance: Adherence to payroll compliance regulations.
Payroll Service Management
Vendor Coordination: Effective management and coordination with Tricor for payroll services.
Issue Resolution: Timely resolution of issues related to payroll services.
Social Insurance:

Enrollment and Compliance: Proper enrollment of employees in social insurance programs.
PIT (Personal Income Tax):
