Mô tả công việc

Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for overseeing various aspects of total rewards management, specializing in payroll operations, Tricor service management, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), Workday process management, total rewards service/compliance processes, retail incentive and BSC calculation, system improvement for Workday and Cadena, and various reporting responsibilities. This role requires a meticulous and detail- oriented professional who ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with tax laws, effective coordination with external vendors, and optimization of HR systems.
Payroll Operation:

Payroll Processing: Accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
Compliance Assurance: Adherence to payroll compliance regulations.
Tax Compliance and Reporting: Compliance with tax regulations and timely reporting.
Employee Queries: Timely resolution of employee queries related to payroll.

Payroll Service Management

Vendor Coordination: Effective management and coordination with Tricor for payroll services.
Issue Resolution: Timely resolution of issues related to payroll services.

Social Insurance:

Reporting and Audits: Accurate reporting and support for audits related to social insurance
Enrollment and Compliance: Proper enrollment of employees in social insurance programs.

PIT (Personal Income Tax):

Compliance with Tax Laws: Ensure compliance
Tax Calculation: Accurate calculation of personal income tax for employees.

Workday Process Management:

Workday System Administration: Efficient management of Workday processes related to total rewards
Process Optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements in Workday processes.

Total Rewards Service/Compliance Process:

Service Delivery: High- quality service delivery in total rewards processes.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with total rewards regulations

Retail- Incentive, BSC Calculation:

Incentive Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Calculation: Effective management and administration of retail incentive programs.

System Improvement: Workday & Cadena

Workday Enhancements: Proposal and implementation of improvements in the Workday system.
Cadena System Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Cadena system.

All Reports related to Total Rewards and Payroll:

Timely Report Generation: Timely generation and submission of all reports requested by management.
Adherence to Reporting Standards: Adherence to reporting standards and guidelines set by management.

Management and Delivery of Starbucks Benefits

Health Care Insurance (Expat & Partners) Efficiently administer health care insurance for expats and partners.
Starbucks Cards (ERP System) Manage Starbucks Cards through the ERP system. Starbucks Rewards Administer Starbucks Rewards for eligible employees
SC Health Check Successfully manage and deliver SC Health Check benefits.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4- 5 years of experience in C&B Management • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and HRIS platforms
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
