Tour Consultant

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Demonstrating and presenting products
Maintain Existing Client Relationships: travel consultants maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients happy
Researching prospects and generating leads
Managing the Sales process through specific software programs
Working towards monthly targets
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
Researching prospects and generating leads
Customer care: Make phone calls during/ after the trips at the most convenient time for customers, ensure clients are happy with all the services and solve any problems
Participating in Sales meetings
Negotiating contracts and packages

At least 1 year of industry Sales experience for English Speaking Market. Experience in tourism is an asset
Self- motivated and driven by targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs
Good negotiation and problem- solving skills
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong verbal and written communicator
Excellent phone and presentation skills
Male/Female, from 22- 30 years old
