TQM (QA/QC) Director

Develop and Implement TQM Strategies

Formulate and execute Total Quality Management strategies that align with company&039;s commitment to delivering superior products.
Establish and monitor quality objectives, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Control:

Define and communicate product quality standards and specifications in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
Implement measures to identify, prevent, and address quality issues promptly.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control processes, from product development to manufacturing and distribution.

Supplier Quality Management:

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet company&039;s quality requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain stringent quality standards.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans for quality deviations.

Data- Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and key performance indicators to assess and monitor product quality.
Implement data- driven decision- making processes to address quality challenges and enhance overall product performance.

Team Leadership and Development

Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
Build and lead a high- performing TQM team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
8- 10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on Total Quality Management, preferably in manufacturing industry
Proven track record of implementing successful quality management strategies.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
