Trade and Tender Executive

-Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
-Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection, data profiling/mapping/coding systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
-Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
-Support Tender & Contracting Strategy Lead in (40% of time consuming):
•Monthly update tender result from Distributor report into GTCS with the purpose of refreshing the tender calendar, utilize
•Check2Grow tool which report can be shared to Marketing/KAM/PGS.
•Extract the report Tender Calendar / Check2Grow and send to stakeholders (KAM/MKT/PGS) which can improve the forecast of PGS and increase awareness of MKT/KAM about tender calendar
•Tender Analysis and Quota consumption calculation by demand or regularly
- Support Channel Strategy Lead in (60% of time consuming):
•Prepare trade promotion form based on trade calendar
•Running data for rebate program (filter historical data, input min target & growth for customers, …)
•Work with SMS team in measure the performance of rebate program monthly & quarterly
•Ensure all reports transparently under Code of Conduct and aligning with marketing requirements
