JOB DESCRIPTION
Trade Logistic Administration, Documentation and Compliance
Working with local logistics suppliers to arrange cargo delivery according to sales contract terms, either ex- port WH or to buyer&039;s place
Coordinate with accounting department to pay import tax on time before vessel/cargo arrives
Following up with logistics providers for local delivery by barge or truck to buyer&039;s place
Following up local delivery status by truck/barge ex- port WH and DAP term as well,
Following up on deposit and collections from buyers until full collection
Coordinate with Accounting Department to compile the total cost of each trade/vessel and finalize the local trade PNL.
Prepare and submit necessary import/export shipping documents and coordinate with forwarder/logistics company to perform customs clearance and other import formalities.
Coordinate with FLV to get the weight list and passing to Accounting department to issue invoice.
Operational Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Accounting and Treasury for related financing and invoicing, and FVL logistic team for receiving documents.
Coordinate with respective traders on procurement and sales.
System and Process Optimization
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of trade logistic activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related field.
Desirable:
Basic knowledge in import and export logistics and practices
Basic Knowledge in regulatory landscape and governing rules
Basic knowledge in letter of credit, UCP rules & ISBP, Incoterms, and contract execution concept.
3- 5 years work experience with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trade logistic role
Basic Knowledge in shipping and international practices like C/P terms and its relation to sales/purchase of contracts, laytime calculations, C/P B/L requirements, and insurance classifications.
Basic knowledge on Legal and Accounting terms in relation to sales contracts and execution, dispute and resolution
