Trade Marketing Administration

The Trade Marketing Administration is responsible for:
Call center administration
• Work in Master Painter/ Master Seller back- end system and helpdesk to manage painter and dealer’s data.
• Be responsible for all in- call and out- call under Master Painter program.
• Call painters & dealers for payment and for specific projects.
Shop upgrade administration
• Take care of shop upgrade (such as contract, delivery and payment process for JICC (Jotun interior color center)).
• Check and verify shop upgrade quotation & liquidation.
Other tasks
• Support Trade Marketing team in administration tasks.
• Support Trade Marketing manager to manage painter’s data.

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English languages.
- Ability to work independently and having good teamwork spirit.
- Good MS Excel and having experience with system is an advantage.
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in relevant jobs.
- University graduate in Marketing, Sales or relevant fields.
