The Opportunity
Purpose:
•To develop, monitor and evaluate implementation of trade marketing activities under General Trade & Modern Trade channel in the market.
•To work closely with external parties and regions on logistics arrangement for fully supporting trade marketing - activities implementation.
•To monitor and control trade spend budget and other Trade administration works.
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
Be responsible for:
- Channel development through route to market by mapping role of channel into shopper perspective by Identify new channel growth opportunity to expanse product availability
- Mapping channel with role of each SKU by leading to plan and implement Perfect Store project – Must Carry List
- Drive visibility by leading to plan and implement Perfect Store project – Display & Placement, POSMs.
- Account planning for key accounts in Modern Trade channel & Ecommerce.
- Key focus activity for Key customer base on Retailer’s insight
To coordinate with Sales team in implement; monitoring execution following plan accordingly
-Focus to FB club trade deal to leverage revenue growth in efficiency way
-Guarantee monthly trade payment on time
-Monitor and control trade spend budget
To be Trade Marketing:
•Develop in-store presence (availability & visibility) strategy for all CG brands. This includes POSM material and visibility standard.
•Provide reliable input to Trade and Brand management on timelines and activities in support of proposed consumer and trade promotions. Play key role in contributing to company Brand campaign project management.
•Coordinating with Regulatory function to ensure the necessary Government clearances for conducting consumer and trade promotions are obtained.
•Manage trade promotion & activities budget.
•Allocate and distribute promotions materials in accordance with Brand and Trade management’s requirements or directions.
•Oversee the implementation in the field of approved promotions, including making visits to outlets, exhibition areas, etc to familiarize him/herself with the quality of work being done, indicating clearly to the personnel or agencies concerned what remedial action needs to be done to bring performance up to acceptable levels, by when and by whom.
•Identify and recommend promotions agencies to be contracted in connection with promotional requirements of various brands
•Coordinate the collection of information from the field which will be a basis for assessing the effectiveness of a promotion, including both while the promotion is being run in order to ensure corrective action can still be done, and after the promotion is completed to help complete a review of its overall effectiveness.
•Organize trade research by own resource or with agency to understand shopper behaviour or performance status of our brands at trade.
•Report to Brand and Sales management on a timely basis on the field effectiveness of implemented promotions. This will be part of Brand and Sales management’s assessment of the overall effectiveness of a promotion.

Yêu cầu công việc


About you
To be considered for this role you should possess:
•Bachelor degree: business administration or marketing or equivalent
•At least 3-year experience in trade marketing field in multi-national fast-moving consumer goods companies
•Proficient in Route to market operation
•Experience in successfully coordinating implementation of consumer and trade promotions, outdoor display etc. for a multinational FMCG company in the field
•Experience in develop and managing large 3rd team to delivery company results
•High creativity to be able to continually develop on their own new promotional and trade offer schemes that meet both brand and sales objectives.
•Superior people skills in order to manage both sales and marketing people smoothly, internally and in contracted agencies.
•Good communications skills in order to be able to deal with authorities and clearly with internal clients and contracted agencies.
•Good negotiation skills to convince involved people to buy-in proposals/ recommendations with fact and data/logic/rationales
•Teamwork and able to work under pressure
•Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management.
•Above average oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
•Good computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet and databases
