I Can Read Vietnam is looking for a professional marketer who will execute internal and external events. With a total of 11 centres in HCMC, this talent is expected to be creative in marketing activities that excite students and increase the customers’ expectation. The job description includes but not limited to: Creating the event, deploying this to all centres, managing the communication among parents, developing the marketing materials (designs, content, videos, photos) with the team on all channels. This role reports to the Marketing Manager on daily basis with the following:
- Create the internal events for centres, includes but not limits to:
+ Seasonal Events (Mid-Autumn, Halloween, Xmas, Lunar New Year etc.)
+ Monthly events (Demo class, Center Activities, Parenting Workshop etc.)
+ National Events (Grand Opening, Summer Kick-off, Singing Contest, Exhibition etc.)
KPI: leads, centres visit, referral-friends rates and enrolment. These campaigns must include: event planning, execution plan, Design & content, media & communication etc.
Event Management:
- Other tasks requested by Marketing Manager.
- Manage MKT Stock and Inventory (gifts, booths, standee etc.)
- Work on cross-departmental projects (Marketing, Admission, Customer Care, Academic team) and ensure alignment of goals and execution.
- Develop competition among internal staffs to increase their awareness and loving for the brands.
- Execute the marketing campaign for public, such as: Back2School, Writing contest, Photo contest after brainstorming with the team and getting approval.
- Evaluate the events results: leads, centres visit, cost efficiency.
- Ensure the activities to be align with I Can Read Method and suitable with the allocated budget.
- Execute the external events together with event team after planning: brand activation, exhibition, mascot dance etc.
- Conduct all the payment process (contracts, purchase, payments) for each activities.
Communication managements:
- Work with internal departments (Academic, Operation, Sales) to run the events through: emails, conference meeting, and follow-up meeting.
- Manage the communication for the events: SMS, Social Media, Announcement Board, Standee, Flyer etc. including contents and designs.
- Translate the materials into English, ensure English is the primary language used in the centres.
- Manage the video, photo, PR articles for the events through websites and Facebook Fan page.
- Deploy the events with all centres staff to make sure they understand and operate the event.
- Assist in the development of branding communication materials e.g. brochures, advertisements, newsletters, gift packs etc.
