As the Trade Marketing Executive, you are responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
● Work closely with the internal Finance & Procurement Team for ordering and managing all Marketing
activities paperwork
● Support Marketing activities with preparing, formatting and reporting information to related
● Order and buy Marketing materials/Merchandise after aligned with Marketing team and Center team
departments
● Support in analyzing competitors and frequently updating the competitive landscape in order to help
● Preparing weekly/monthly/yearly reports for Marketing nationwide
POLY ENGLISH HCM keep up a stable and good speed against competitors.
● Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities of POLY ENGLISH HCM in all aspects:
increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc…
● Perform other duties designated by the Trade Marketing Leader

REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management
● Basic English communication ability
● Budget and cost analysis experience
● Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Fresher or under 1 year of experience in Trade position in Education
