Trade Marketing Executive

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to maintain and ensure Trade Marketing Calendar aligned with the objectives & target
- Implement and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed
- Recommend the policies relating to Trade Marketing for direct competitors, channel trends and development, category innovations, competitive information.
- Responsible for gathering, collecting competitive information, customer feedback & behavior, market trend by field visit regularly
- Implement necessary POSM and display campaign to increase brand presence and improve customer satisfaction
- Support Trade Marketing Manager in controlling budget for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget report when required.
- Decide in short-term stock allocation in warehouses with distribution system.
- Make reports relating to Trade Marketing as required

- University graduated (Marketing or related fields)
- At least 2 years of trade marketing experience, especially in FMCG industry
- Former background in sales is preferable
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, category management & trade channels (mass market and traditional trade)
- Able to work under strict timelines & manage workloads effectively
- Willing to travel & field visit frequently
- Good English communication
