Trade Marketing Manager

Key tasks:
Coordinate with Sale to plan& implement trade shows (Promotion program, shop policies, bonus policies for salesman, sampling, visibility) to achieve sales stimulus, market expansion, gender New product launches quarterly/ annually.
Expected inventory/ market report/ inventory analysis to plan& deploy activities to solve problems with warehouse inventory date and support Sale to solve market problems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Plan, deploy& manage periodically/ campaigns of items to enhance brand recognition/ awareness of MKT programs (ex: stamps, posters, signpost, hanger, recommended gifts, .. .) at the point of sale of MT & GT channels, ensuring the right/ sufficient/ effectiveness of the item.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Have at least 2 years of experiences at the same position
- Be active, enthusiastic, devoted to work
- University degree in economics, marketing; highly prefer experience in FMCG
- Basic communication English
- Strong negotiation & problems solving skill
- Planning & Project management
- People management, coaching and training skills
- Synthesize, analyze information, data, research market
- The spirit of progress and willingness to go on business
Salary and benefits:
