Trade Marketing Manager

Design, control and evaluate trade spending effectiveness under budget
Work under new assignments
Develop monthly sales and trade promotion programs and deploy to sales team for execution
Lead the development of channel and trade strategies and execution of brand and trade promotion in order to achieve annual sales budget as plan.
Develop and ensure all POP materials, selling tools, sales presenter and giveaways as well as channel/ customer activities and communication comply to latest marketing plan/ brand guidelines supplied by Marketing
Initiate and propose marketing opportunities such as NPD or channel development
Frequently visit the market nationwide in order to understand and analysis the market and competitors’ situation for designing the effective promotion programs
Coordinate with distributor for trade activity execution and monitor performances of sales and distribution in all channels
Well coordinate with demand and supply planning functions of distributor and VNPP to ensure forecast accuracy and sufficient stocks available for sales
Recommend channel investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agree with Sales and Marketing
Provide a channel activity plan, based on given budget and ensure effective implementation and carry out evaluation of in- store national/channel activities
Control A&P spending under budget
Work with other departments eg. Technical, Finance, Accounting, Marketing for smooth and effective operations

Strong team player, communication and listening skills
Leader, problem- solving skills, coaching and training skills
Able to travel for business trip
Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy
Good planning and management skill.
At least 5 years in Trade marketing or Channel development in FMCG
Bachelor or Master&039;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Good analytical, be creative, initiative, pro- active, self- motivated and self- starter
Interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills
