Trade Marketing Officer-Admin (Temp-12 Months)

- Ensure consistently high levels of service to internal clients, stakeholders and key vendors that includes ongoing monitoring of service and measurement of items like tracking tasks, phone calls, and email responses.
- Maintain detailed action lists for Trade activities/ purchases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure they are completed on time and within the approved proposal.
- Liaises with accounts payable to ensure that vendors are paid on schedule.
- Compiles and maintains all data and information regarding purchases. Prepare purchase orders and keep track of incoming and outgoing orders.
- Work closely with finance and the procurement of the company in all purchase order terms and conditions.
- The Trade Operation Executive executes all purchases for Commercial organization.
- Use creative thinking, technology, sound judgement, analytical, and problem- solving skills/knowledge to resolve issues escalated by trading associates or internal stakeholders.
- Detail and diversified of reports regarding Trade activities/ purchases.
- Basic MKT knowledge & mindset to build & lead POSM War- chest/ Material catalogue.
- Negotiates with vendors to get better delivery schedule and to ensure delivery.

- Use creative thinking, technology, sound judgement, analytical, and problem- solving skills/knowledge to resolve issues escalated by trading associates or internal stakeholders.
