Trade Marketing Operation & Execution
Manage program logistics, documentation, and communication flow to ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate with regional sales teams and distributors to ensure effective and timely rollout of programs.
Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns for GT Off Channel.
Track execution status and consolidate reports from the field to evaluate performance and compliance.
Budget & Planning Support
Ensure proper tracking and cost efficiency of trade marketing spending.
Assist in preparing program budgets, payment requests, and post- program reconciliations.
Maintain program trackers, timelines, and documentation to support annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Data & Performance Tracking
Consolidate sales and execution data to provide insights for optimization and reporting.
Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market updates with the team.
Support data collection and analysis for trade program performance.
Cross- functional Coordination
Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure all trade marketing activities are aligned and well- executed.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or operations, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
Proactive, hands- on, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Good analytical and reporting ability.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
