Trade Marketing Specialist (MT Channel)

Take additional tasks and projects to support business development and expansion whenever needed
To provide monthly tracking report for trade activities with clear learnings for improvement
Conduct Category/Sub- category performance analysis by channel to provide insightful recommendations for Channel Marketing team: Market share, Sales value forecast, Shopper/Consumer insights, Portfolio/ assortment review, Promotion analysis, Points of purchase activities (Placement/POSM/visibility, shopper engagements)
Arrange trade visit & work closely with sales team to update real- time market and shoppers analysis in order to propose relevant & executional trade ideas and plans
To collaborate with cross functions (Brand Marketing, Demand planning, Sales team) to ensure agile and effective execution
Develop and implement Category development plan (yearly, quarterly) for the Key Categories in each channel and sub- channel to deliver business objectives

Data drive, strong planning & project management skills
From 2 years experience in Trade MKT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Agile, positive, adaptable, can- do attitude
Good at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
