Trade Marketing Supervisor

Trade MKT Activities Execution (50%)
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to implement trade marketing initiatives, promotions, displays, samplings of new product launch/ re- launch
• Support the execution of seasonal events, and retail activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, shelf placement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with MKT teams to follow the process of producing & implementing marketing materials, POSM, and merchandising solutions to retail stores.

Reporting (30%)
• Tracking Trade MKT expenses to ensure cost- effectiveness and ROI.
• Collect data of Trade marketing activation and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.

Others (20%)
• Assist on providing training and support to sales teams and retail partners on product knowledge, promotional activities, and merchandising best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related major.

• Minimum 1- 2 years working experience in trade marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision- making.
• Flexibility to travel if needed.

• Strong numerical, analytical, verbal and technical skill base.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks.
• Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External).
• Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast- paced, team environment.
