Collaborate with cross- functional teams to oversee the implementation of promotions.
Monitor the execution of all trade activities, including visibility, promotion, and activation, to ensure high quality and align with brand objectives and target market trends.

Activation Development and Execution
Develop and execute brand activations to engage and recruit new customers, as well as increase active customer base.
Assist in managing agencies to deliver best- in- class creative work that complies with brand guidelines (including concept development, POSM, on- site event presence, communication plans, and crisis management).
Event Management
Lead and ensure the success of all event preparations and executions.
Manage the end- to- end execution process, from planning to post- activation analysis.
Creative and Qualitative Execution
Ensure all promotional activities are executed creatively and with high quality, maintaining brand integrity and consumer appeal.
KRA 2: Operational Activities
Market and Consumer Insights, Competitor Monitoring
Conduct regular market visits and consumer research to stay informed on market trends and consumer preferences.
Create timely reactions to competitive activities and market changes.
Analyze and monitor market trends and key competitors’ trade activities in real- time.
Performance Analysis and Review
Utilize market data, consumer insights, and shopper trends to inform promotional strategies.
Analyze the performance of promotions and activations, tracking KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future activities to continuously improve effectiveness.
Budget Management
Track and report on budget performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Oversee the budget for promotions and activations, ensuring cost- effective execution and ROI.
Collaboration and Coordination
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customer marketing teams to enhance in- store activation efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, agencies, stakeholders) to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and effective delivery of campaign plans to target customers through various marketing channels.
