JOB SUMMARY
This role will report directly to Manager on time with specific tasks/ tasks/ another ad- hoc assigned tasks provided by Manager. As a part of the Jollibee team, in a dynamic environment, he/she will be trained to improve his/her leadership and management skills, he/she also has opportunities to expand knowledge and experiences via business trips or internal training courses.
We are searching for someone that has a strong enthusiasm in user journeys & campaign strategies. The ideal applicant will leverage their prior experience to assist us in developing, executing, and monitoring all activities of the nationwide projects, especially in running promotion and activation. He/She needs to have a thorough understanding on how to design, carry out, and measure marketing campaigns both online & offline. In addition, he/she also needs to have a strong leadership and ability to build fantastic relationships with other departments.
KRA 1: Develop, execute and monitor thematic, seasonal, and systemwide promotions and activation SMART and OTIF
Promotion
Strategy Development and Execution
Forecast stock, plan merchandising, set up communication plans, and manage promotion setups.
Develop promotion strategies and a promotional calendar in alignment with company guidelines.
Execution and Monitoring
Monitor the execution of all trade activities, including visibility, promotion, and activation, to ensure high quality and align with brand objectives and target market trends.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to oversee the implementation of promotions.
Activation
Activation Development and Execution
Assist in managing agencies to deliver best- in- class creative work that complies with brand guidelines (including concept development, POSM, on- site event presence, communication plans, and crisis management).
Develop and execute brand activations to engage and recruit new customers, as well as increase active customer base.
Event Management
Lead and ensure the success of all event preparations and executions.
Manage the end- to- end execution process, from planning to post- activation analysis.
Creative and Qualitative Execution
Ensure all promotional activities are executed creatively and with high quality, maintaining brand integrity and consumer appeal.
KRA 2: Operational Activities
Market and Consumer Insights, Competitor Monitoring
Analyze and monitor market trends and key competitors’ trade activities in real- time.
Create timely reactions to competitive activities and market changes.
Conduct regular market visits and consumer research to stay informed on market trends and consumer preferences.
Performance Analysis and Review
Analyze the performance of promotions and activations, tracking KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future activities to continuously improve effectiveness.
Utilize market data, consumer insights, and shopper trends to inform promotional strategies.
Budget Management
Oversee the budget for promotions and activations, ensuring cost- effective execution and ROI.
Track and report on budget performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration and Coordination
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customer marketing teams to enhance in- store activation efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, agencies, stakeholders) to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and effective delivery of campaign plans to target customers through various marketing channels.
Leadership and Team Management (If available)
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve high- quality promotions and activations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
