Trade Marketing Supervisor

Trade Marketing Execution:

Analyze shopper behavior to recommend and execute in- store solutions.
Ensure alignment of trade strategies with sales goals and pricing readiness.
Develop and implement in- store programs to boost brand visibility and sales by channel.
Coordinate trade activities (displays, activation) aligned with marketing priorities.
Support new product launches with trade plans and performance evaluations.

Budget Management

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize trade investment.
Track and control trade marketing spend within budget and compliance policies.
Build trade promotion plans based on brand strategy, sales input, and shopper insights.
Work closely with Finance on promotional cost planning and reporting.

Cross- functional Collaboration

Conduct joint market visits with Sales and Marketing to gather insights and ensure execution excellence.
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) and external partners (Agencies, Key Accounts).

Working place: 41 Thao Dien, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Good English is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales Development, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally and collaborate with external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Data- driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales and market data to generate actionable insights.
Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail channels, and market dynamics.
