Trading Admin Intern

Working Location: Building No. 369 B- C Le Quang Dinh, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
Position Type: 6- month Internship
Working Time: 8.30 AM – 6.00 PM (Mon – Fri)- full- time working at office requested
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month
To be trained more professionally. After internship time, you will be considered to be a full- time employee if your performance is qualified.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Process and track payment documents for vendors, ensuring timely submissions and follow- ups.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies in documentation or payments in coordination with the finance department.
Support the Trading team with administrative duties, such as filing, organizing records, and maintaining proper documentation.
Monitor the progress of transactions, ensuring that all processes follow the company&039;s trading policies.
Input, update, and maintain trading data in the internal system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with vendors and internal departments to handle queries related to contracts, payments, and order processing.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Basic understanding of trading, procurement, or payment processes is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Have personal laptop to work.
Final- year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to help other teams where necessary
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willing to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time- management skills.
