Trainee Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
You are an organized and enthusiastic individual with a talent for multitasking and an interest in project management? As a Project Management Trainee at Hub Hoi An, you will be essential in assisting our team, including management, and ensuring the efficient execution of our daily operations and projects.

Oversee and organize company spreadsheets and documents.
Assist in organizing and executing community events to boost member engagement and experience.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including conducting research and managing spreadsheets (training provided).
Address daily challenges with innovative solutions.
Relay management’s instructions regarding basic maintenance tasks to contractors (electricians, construction workers, etc.) and ensure follow- up and quality control.
Support community management, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our digital nomad and entrepreneur members.
Embrace new tasks and challenges every week.

Qualifications

Intelligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
Welcome to job entrants with minimal work experience.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong listening skills.
University degree.
Problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable discussing basic technical requirements with contractors and willing to learn new concepts (no special technical skills needed).
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Experience with spreadsheets and data organization.
