Trainee Sales

- Market research: Support to monitor and collect information about the Logistics market, competition, and industry trends to propose effective sales strategies
- Perform other duties: Participate in special projects, events and other tasks assigned by management.
- Learning and training: Participate in training programs on processes and sales skills. Understand clearly about Logistics Forwarding services and the freight market.
- Support the sales team in identifying and liaising with potential customer.
- Building and managing customer data: Maintain and update customer database. Track information related to shipping processes and customer needs.
- Assist in handling documents, issues and complaints from customers.

Education:
- Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import- export, transportation, customs.
- Graduated from universities with majoring in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or other related majors.
- Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.

Working Experience:
- Have the experience in the forwarding or import- export industry is preferred

- Good planning and reporting skills
- Good MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem- solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Good analyse and synthesis skills.
- Strong time and task management skills
