Support for Training team:
· Company special projects: Participate to some special projects related training functions likes Wecare, OCE,…to enable them performing high quality work.
· Training events: Assist training department in preparing supported document, scheduling, mailing, and communicating of training programs, assessment, survey, and reports on events, and ensure positive learning environment in training procedures and other logistics and setting.
· Roleplay practice: Participate to Internal Roleplay practice sessions to support DM on facilitation and ensure high quality training event and improve FF skills.
· Provide administrative support: provide some services through Sanofi SOP eHAT, eBuy, PO, …
· Data management: Manage and store data in Sanofi LMS/ Onedrives such as training evaluation, training satisfaction, training score, training completion and make dashboard.
· Induction Training Course: Communicate and makes sure newcomers to complete self- learning courses and tests. Coordinate with instructors to align subjects and agenda, collect questions/needs from newcomers and send to instructors. Assist ITC program and track.
· Training solution: Work with training team to develop training materials, videos, manuals, regulations, and eLearning solutions.
· Learning Management System (iLearn): tracking, create learning objects such as curriculum, online course, video, test, upload data.
· Field coaching with MR: Conduct double visit with MR in field to supervise how they apply their knowledge & skills in the real- world scenarios to get valuable insights into their training needs.
Support for Sales admin:
· Company events: Support Sales admin to prepare all logistics for company events to enable them happens seamlessly, from planning to execution.
· Seminars/ Symposiums: Prepare necessary documents for submitting SOH in a timely manner.
CVM program: Tracking & following up the signing progress of contracts between CVM Pharmacies & Sanofi/ Distributors to ensure that they are accurate in content and meet the required standards.
Support Trax:
· Record Sales team’s feedback on Trax score issues and feedback to Sales team on how to fix it by weekly/ monthly/ quarterly.
