Training And Development Coordinator

We need people who can learn, work hard and willing to explore new and interesting careers. The skills below are nice to have but not necessary.
Training & Development Coordinator works closely with the management team to identify the need for training, create the development plans, implement and monitor development plans

Proficient in MS Office, especially in presentation document.
Strong organizational and decision- making skills, attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Human Resource or relevant fields.
Ability to design effective training programs.
2 year of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
Ability to work independently, manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding customer service and problem- solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods.
