Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team at Diag, one of the leading medical laboratories in the South of Vietnam. As the Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our workforce, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet the demands of their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training requirements for their teams.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and online learning platforms to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop and deliver training programs, both in- person and online, to enhance employee performance and productivity. In particular, this position is required to have experience in training sales skills, tele sales, customer service skills, negotiation, presentation skills, deal closing skills, gross sell & up- sell skills training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements.
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous development.
- Identify training needs and conduct training needs assessments to determine gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with the company&039;s goals and objectives.
- Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the programs are innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with external training providers, universities, and professional associations to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
