Training and Development Specialist

- Plan, organize, develop training materials and implement a range of training activities.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.
- Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments.
- Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts in training process.
- Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee’s skills if needed.
- Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department.

- Results- oriented mindset with a track record of building and implementing initiatives from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese and be able to communicate across different levels in the organization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar L&D position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (both Excel and PowerPoint).
- Well organized, detail- oriented, careful, proactive, and positive thinking.
- Proficient in course development software and Learning Management Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
