Training and Development Specialist

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs within the organization. Their tasks focus on:
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)

Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts. Staff involved in training process.
Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Prepare lessons

Apply knowledge of Learning Design to design effective learning experiences for employees.
Transfer training content to e- learning system
Develop full set of training materials, including Training Slides, Training Outline, Training Guideline, Test
Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department.
Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
Design staff training programs based on company and employee needs.

Organize training courses

Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding.
Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments.

Evaluate training courses

Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee’s skills if needed.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.

Well organized, detailed oriented, careful, pro- active and positive thinking
Able to train skills: Presentation, communication, listening, positivity....
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese and be able to communicate across different levels in the organization.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education, Business). Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
Proficient in Excel office information technology, and the ability to design vivid lessons (Powerpoint, Canva...)
Confident, energetic, enthusiastic.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
