Controlling the multi skills training process for sewing operators as the production requirements
Making the relevant reports and analysing training centre status to continuously improve the training process
Ensuring updating and maintaining training records of all sewing operators
Conducting necessary activities to engage and motivate new sewing operators
Managing and conducting yearly performance review for all the Job Trainers in the Training Centre
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Understanding sewing skills requirement for new style feeding, cooperating with production department to make training plan for specified sewing operators

- Enthusiastic, inspiring people to think positively & eager to learn, overcome the challenge
- Good command in English, ability to conduct presentations/ meetings to senior management
- Ability to lead team to achieve set goals.
- Good communication, leadership skill.
- Having Lean knowledge would be an added advantage
- Graduated from College/ University with major of Garment Technology or training related with at least 3 years of experience as a trainer or IE background.
