BASIC FUNCTION:
To assist the Training Manager in achieving the hotel&039;s goals by ensuring that all associates receive the training required in order to perform his or her job proficiently.

CRITERIA:
Strong skills in performance people and management.
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Interacts mainly with colleagues.
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Minimize 2- year experience in similar positions preferably in hospitality business.
Bachelor&039;s degree in any field.
