Training Executive

- Update and prepare training materials (Product information, Policies, Procedures, Soft skills) efficiently and timely

- Prepare training materials for occasional programs of other department (Internal program and Push sales programs)

- Imply all core values in training materials

- Organize offline training workshops

- Communicate with medium managerial positions (Department Managers/ Team leaders/ASM, RSM) to revise the training materials and method periodically

- Conduct periodical test and prepare the training reports

- Ensure all training materials are consistent and most updated via different channels

- Define training requirements from departments, groups and individuals

- Conduct periodical performance appraisal and ranking

- Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

- Working place: Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC
