Conduct at least 4 training sessions per month (both online and offline), ensuring that ≥90% of new trainees meet the onboarding criteria within 7 days, and agent course satisfaction scores reach ≥4.5/5.
Develop standardized training courses based on the Solaso model, covering topics such as "Referral Skills for Agents" and "3 Core Skills for Community Group Management", with complete delivery of PPT materials, case studies, and support toolkits.
Build a training effectiveness evaluation system that quantifies the value of courses using metrics like NPS, course completion rate, and behavioral change indicators.
Job Requirements
Proficient in using interactive content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
Over 3 years of experience in training within the e- commerce sector, with a clear understanding of the community e- commerce or group- buying operations chain.
Skilled in interactive teaching methods, with the ability to design gamified learning tasks (e.g., point- tracking, team competitions).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with building and managing LMS (Learning Management Systems).
Experience in developing paid online courses with sales of at least 1,000 copies per course.
