Training Officer/ Training Executive

- The primary role of the Training Coordinator/training executive will specifically focus on the training discipline of the property however, it is a requirement of this role to also assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various human resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Administration, Reward & Recognition,...
- Training Coordinator/Training executive to Co-ordinate hotel generic training, departmental training, language training and computer training. Keep and track training data. Present training and assist other Associates with conducting training.

- Excellent in verbal & written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand language(s) used in the workplace.
- Work well under high pressure
- Good training skills, eg. English training
- Hospitality background and service mind
- At least 02 year of related work experience
- Good organization skills
