Training Specialist

- Identifying Training Needs
+ In corporation with department managers, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of employees to determine training requirements.
+ Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Designing Training Programs
+ Create engaging and effective training sessions, including e- learning courses, workshops, and onboarding programs.
+ Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Conducting Training Sessions
+ Deliver training programs to employees at all levels.
+ Use various training methods and technologies to facilitate learning.
- Evaluating Training Effectiveness
+ Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance monitoring.
+ Make necessary adjustments to improve training strategies and outcomes.
- Continuous Learning and Development
+ Commit to ongoing education and professional development to enhance training methods.
+ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development.
- Internal training group leading
+ Form and lead the internal training group.
- Other tasks
+ As required by manager

- Bachelor degree in related field (human resource, education, business, communication,…)
- Competent English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and content management system or e- learning software
* Experience
- Experience in conducting cost- benefit analysis
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
