Training Specialist

Purpose and Scope of the job
Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. He/ she creates teaching plans, contribute to develop instructional materials, and ensure employees’ growth aligns with company goals. He/ she has expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and talent management.
Key responsibilities

Identifying Training Needs

- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- In corporation with department managers, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of employees to determine training requirements.

Designing Training Programs

- Create engaging and effective training sessions, including e- learning courses, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to the organization’s needs.

Conducting Training Sessions

- Deliver training programs to employees at all levels.
- Use various training methods and technologies to facilitate learning.

Evaluating Training Effectiveness

- Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve training strategies and outcomes.

Continuous Learning and Development

- Commit to ongoing education and professional development to enhance training methods.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development.

Internal training group leading

- Form and lead the internal training group.

Other tasks

- As required by manager

Education
- Proficiency in MS Office and content management system or e- learning software
- Bachelor degree in related field (human resource, education, business, communication,...)
- Competent English communication
Experience
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Experience in conducting cost- benefit analysis
