Training Specialist

- Establish evaluation criteria and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Plan, design and develop training programs for each group of workers and ensure training programs are attractive, effective and meet identified learning objectives and are consistent with regulations. Company&039;s direction and goals.
- Regularly monitor and report on training data and analysis to the Company&039;s BOM to evaluate effectiveness and propose solutions to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
- Cooperate with organizations and experts to learn and receive training programs and the latest trends in training and apply them in the Company&039;s training programs.
- Build and manage training budget, ensuring economical and effective use of resources.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives and build an effective learning management system (LMS) to achieve high training effectiveness.
- Analyze and coordinate with different departments to identify and evaluate the training needs of employees and the entire Company.

- Ability to evaluate, analyze and handle situations.
- Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in this position or related positions.
- Ability to lead, train, communicate, present and can withstand high pressure.
- Graduated with a bachelor&039;s degree or higher in human resource management, education, economics, marketing, and law.
- Fluency in English.
