Training Trainee - Thực tập sinh Đào tạo

The training intern participate in and manage varying internal events and training in order to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Major in Training, Hotel management, Administration or related fields
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to think proactively and plan and execute resourcefully
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Self- motivated, creative and flexible in thinking. Must be able to understand various cultural elements.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work smart in a fast- paced environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.
• Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel, basic Photoshop, Proshow Gold or similar programs required
