Transformation Manager

WinCommerce also owns WinEco – the largest vegetable & fruit brand in Vietnam that is available exclusively at WinMart and WinMart+ locations.
Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Transformation Manager located in Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi. The Transformation Manager will be responsible for managing business transformation projects- revolutionizing the entire process from farm to consumer; being involved in daily operation, analyzing data, working on financial models, and providing advises for business leaders&039; decision.
Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Ability to think as consultants and prepare strategic presentation
Data Analysis and Management is a big plus
Experience in the retail or/and FMCG industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent financial acumen
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
