Transport Network Manager - Warehousing Solutions

· Prepare & maintain operational contingency plan
· Arrive at the right solution for transport and distribution in conjunction with business so as to arrive at the minimum cost at the same time ensuring required service levels specific to each business
· Manage Domestics Transport Operation
· Continuously improving processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness and quality
· Design tailor made strategies for transportation and implement them successfully
· Maintain relations & conduct regular review meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders
· Monitor and drive team Data and Documentation Controller
· Receive specific product requirements, safety norms, vehicle type preferred, etc (specific to trucking)
· Verify adherence of practice to the SOP & create/modify as appropriate

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong in issue analysis and problem- solving skill
· Able to work under pressure and self- motivation
· Able to read, write and speak English
· Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations
· Knowledge of transport law and regulations
· Basic understanding in GPS and TMS systems.
· Able to understand financial report and budgeting
· Able and willing to lead a multi- disciplinary team and have the ambition to develop team members and other colleagues.
· Can- do mentality and positive attitude.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
· Able to travel up country
