Transportation Assistant Manager

Be responsible for developing and executing all aspects from supply chain to customer management for the genetic testing ecosystem, including logistics, customer service and telesale.
Logistics

Works cross- functionally with related departments to ensure regulatory, business, and customer requirements are met.
Establish Operational Excellence focus for the operation chain from customer to company, and back to customer again. Continually strives to enhance and expand the safety, quality, delivery, and cost of our logistics process.
Maintain and optimize processes within the lab and sales teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including specimen delivery, encoding samples before and after testing processes, and resulting hard- copy delivery.

Customer Service

Develop strategies and recommendations for improving customer service and the overall operation. Leads and manages employees to inspire and encourage staff to continue providing the highest standards of service at all times.
Receives, responds and provides resolution to escalated inquiries and concerns from customers, the general public, the business community, and other departments regarding departmental issues. Mediates critical problems by collaborating with the Board; communicating results to the customer and superiors; and analyzing opportunities for improvement.
Creates strategic plans and performance measures by implementing goals, objectives, and policies; helping supervisors set goals; creating and supervising capacity and performance quality measures; reviewing trends; updating performance standards; and maintaining knowledge of products and services.

Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
At least 5 years of working experience in Operation, Logistics, Customer Service or related fields;
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Proven analytical and problem- solving skills, deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues;
Ability to work well within a team and individually;
Experience in the healthcare and medical sector is a plus;
Desire to build positive values for the community;
