Transportation Manager

Cooperate with another department to handle new projects and exisiting customers.
Create and standardize all operation processes to all staff for catching up KPI.
Support Admin Dept in training new employees, and internal re-traning.
Manage and operate all activites of Transportation Dept (containers and trucks)
Set up business process and continuously improve activities of Transportation Department.
Responsible for administration and service performance inclusive of morniotring human, truck team, spare parts, fuel, deposit for drivers, pre-paid to ports …
Report to BOD weekly/monthly or upon inquiry
Create, update, train, deploy and supervise all performances related to process, policies, guidelines of the company to all staff.
Manage, supervise and give direction to staff in details to maximize usage of trucks for strengtheng service quality and reducing overhead cost.
Manage internal trucks facility complying with demands of 800-1000 trips/day by planing an efficient delivery management in the ever expanding service environment.

Good at MS and related software
Male 30-45 years old
At least 5 years experience in logistics field and equivalent level.
Ability to lead team, plan up, analize and solve issues.
Command in English
Adapt to work in the presure enviroment
Understanding suply chain,logistics, warehouse is an avandtage.
Qualification level: Bachelor in transportation,or, economy, business administration
