Travel Consultant - Basic Salary + Commission, Total Income Upto 20M

As a travel consultant
, you will be responsible for:

· Handling customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email or chat
· Processing payments accurately and securely
· Report to team leader: weekly report, customer complaint, other report as require
· Following up with customers and collaborating with other department to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Collaborating with the marketing team to create content for online marketing campaigns [blog, facebook, etc.]

To be successful in this role, you should have:

· A diploma or certificate in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field
· From 2 year experience as a travel consultant or a similar role in the travel industry
· Good customer service and problem- solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Good verbal communication and writing skills. French is a plus (10% basic salary added for bilingue)
· A passion for traveling and learning about new destinations and cultures
· Good knowledge of key destinations in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, including hotels, resorts and activities
