Travel Consultant (MICE)

Record all requests/ bookings daily.

Follow up with clients during and after the booking.
Create tour proposals; make quotations for all the requests from the agents.
Promote various destinations and products offered by Asia DMC, advising clients on suitable products and services based on their requirements;

Make tour confirmation. Work with the Operations Department and suppliers about tour services.
Do all the reports according to the requirements of the departments.
Escort clients, meetings and inspections when required.

Being fluent in English;
College/ Bachelor’s Degree;
Self- organized, a good team coordinator, and able to work under pressure;
At least 01 year of experience in MICE or events; Recruitment for various positions: Executive, Senior, Supervisor
Willing to work overtime and go on business trips.
Have strong communication skills, problem- solving skills and be service- oriented;
